A samall order of our shipping will be done via Express(Express for small order .airway & ship by sea for big qty) except for orders with 20 or less bands shipping "Standard" to the U.S. or to UK.
When you place the order, our system will calculate the estimated delivery date. As soon as Express compnay assigns a tracking number, that number is e-mailed to you with their timetable for delivery. USPS does not assign tracking numbers. You can also sent an email at shipping@iwristband.com . We will communicate with you every step of the way. Reliable Shipping through Fedex and USPS,for UK customs ,we will sent it through DHL& TNT.
 
All our shipping is done via Fedex and USPS and DHL or TNT.
If receiving shipping via Express service, you must have a physical address as Express compnay doesnĄ¯t ship to P.O. boxes. To ensure proper delivery, we do require a signature. Express company usually leaves a door tag notifying you of the delivery attempt if no one is available to sign. Simply follow the instructions on the door tag, and Express company will leave the package at your door at the next delivery attempt. After three delivery attempts, Express company will return your order to our company. If you would rather have the package left without having to sign for it, you can go into your local FedEx office at any time and sign an express release waiver.
For International orders, we offer FedEx International Priority which gets the order to our international customers in about 14 days from the time the order is placed.
